About 8 hours with the customer collectively, between appraising trade, giving pricing, test drive, signing paperwork. The trade vehicle was not stocked in the day of and as punishment I’m not getting any commission for that sale How is that not wage theft? I did the work and forgot one thing so I lose all my money?? Thoughts ?
