Saw everyone’s wages, so I’ll quit

So I've been for a couple of months at this “start-up” and coming from a regular corporation or outsourcing company where I'd be overworked and underpaid and have my privacy invaded, I thought I finally found the place to do my stuff in a healthy environment. But here's what happened instead: Had to get my handover from someone who was almost fired for not doing their job. Said person sabotaged me and refused to correct their mistakes as a way to get back at the new management wanting them out. Looking back, this person was doing the bare minimum at their own pace, so the only thing that bothered me was that they took it out on me. Lack of any kind of organizing. Was hired for 1 role, am stuck currently doing 2 jobs in 1 with the expectations of a management role while being paid lesser than everyone…

So I've been for a couple of months at this “start-up” and coming from a regular corporation or outsourcing company where I'd be overworked and underpaid and have my privacy invaded, I thought I finally found the place to do my stuff in a healthy environment. But here's what happened instead:

  1. Had to get my handover from someone who was almost fired for not doing their job. Said person sabotaged me and refused to correct their mistakes as a way to get back at the new management wanting them out. Looking back, this person was doing the bare minimum at their own pace, so the only thing that bothered me was that they took it out on me.

  2. Lack of any kind of organizing. Was hired for 1 role, am stuck currently doing 2 jobs in 1 with the expectations of a management role while being paid lesser than everyone else. Classic move. I'm paid even lesser than the previous person.

  3. The “work for passion, not for bills” kind of attitude.

  4. “Go find out yourself/ self-made successful attitude” instead of getting a proper training.

  5. Being treated as a beginner although I have years of experience on my back.

  6. The best – I've seen everyone's wages every single month. As of this month the management gave themselves double the salaries they had until now. What did we get? Absolutely nothing. And we've pitched in the most on the processes.

  7. Had HR tell me I might earn too much and they're forced to pay higher taxes. Also that for as long as I don't want kids, I shouldn't be concerned about various discriminatory bonuses parents receive while the rest of us get nothing (this is a country level thing).

I've been changing jobs every year almost in order to secure a better wage that allows me to do a little more than pay bills, rent and groceries a minimum times a month. Back in corporations I could only guess what did the management earn while doing nothing. Here I got a front seat at them earning 5 times my wage and never being of help to anyone.
So, I'm ready to change jobs asap.
