Scoffed at me during a memorial service

One of my coworkers passed away recently in an accident so we had a memorial service for him. Some of his family came and talked about him, we had pizza and snacks, it was low key but really nice. We had it at the end of the work day today. I didn't know him well but he was a very nice person and I helped set up everything so I came by and paid my respects. My old boss is post-retirement and still working part-time for God knows whatever reason. She's always had it out for me. She saw me at the memorial talking to my coworkers, rolled her eyes at me, and audibly scoffed before walking away. It was noticeable enough that other people commented about how rude she is when she walked away. Again, this was during a memorial. Earlier, she had made a comment to the deceased…

Earlier, she had made a comment to the deceased coworker's closest work friend and said “how many people do you really expect to show up to this?” He hadn't worked with us very long before he passed but he was incredibly kind and definitely deserved better than her behavior.
