Been fired again for being assumed to be sleeping because my eyes appear closed when on camera. I worked with a temp agency and instead of my trainers asking me if I'm sleeping on Microsoft Teams, they just fired me without a word. Then when I find out I'm just like, what? My eyes are very slanted and sometimes my girlfriend asks if my eyes are open when they are. It just feels like discrimination at this point. I don't know what a job wants. I can't help it. What am I supposed to do.
