Hey guys long time lurker. My current employer is generally great (besides the pay), but I have one major issue. They currently have a vaccine mandate(Covid)that I was granted a medical exemption to. (Doctors note due to my families cardiac history). This exemption was approved in January of this year, but I was just informed it would no longer be recognized. They gave me two weeks to get the vaccine or I am fired. My kids are on my healthcare and one of them is a diabetic. I feel like I am being coerced to get a vaccine that my doctor recommended against. Does anyone have any advice?
