So I made a post awhile ago stating basic details of a situation I am going through. Not entirely sure if I still have it up, but regardless. I have already filed charges against my last employer for discrimination. I already know that if the whole thing goes into court, you aren’t supposed to mention specific details publicly, like specific people or specific companies.
What I want to know, if there’s anyone that knows more legal information than I do here, is at what point can I speak publicly about the situation, including those specific details? Is it basically as soon as the court case is over, if it ends up going that direction? I have a strong feeling I could win in court if it goes in that direction.
I also want to post about this situation on this subreddit too after I’m allowed too and see if I can go on popular political streamers shows and talk about this. It’s a pretty common problem that I think we should start trying to work towards changing to hopefully fix. The problems are mainly at-will employment states and employers being allowed to cut employees hours to force them to quit themselves.
