Seeking inspiration. What is it you, or your communities, are doing right now to change the system from within and/or fight it from outside?

I’m so tired. I break down every time I work, whether it be in the staff room or in the janitor closet. I break down when I get home. I have no time for friends or family. I freak out about the bills and late fees that keep piling up until I get fined and penalties that dig me deeper into financial panic. This system of abuse, of indirect and direct state violence, of corporate greed, it can’t go on. I’m looking for inspiration, so here is my question: What is it you, or your communities, are doing right now to change the system from within and/or fight it from outside? Additional question: How do we dismantle this violent system of capitalist work in the immediate future? Suspend disbelief and tell me what you believe would need to happen in the near future to fundamentally change work/labor for the better…
