Greetings comrades! I’m looking to start a worker-owned business in the next 5 years or so. I’m a massage therapist in the PNW and want to start a bodywork business that is collectively owned by other massage therapists and related practitioners, like acupuncturists. Does anyone know of resources like books, articles, etc that would be helpful? I am not a paperwork kinda guy and so starting something that takes a lot of paperwork is very overwhelming!
Also relevant, in my state LMTs are regulated by the health department and as businesses we need to form PLLCs vs LLC.
