[SERIOUS] How do I recover from a burnout in 4 days?

My boss just approved my PTO request for Thurs and Fri so I have 4 days to myself before going back to work on Monday. My main goal for these 4 days is to recover from a burnout that's been accumulating for awhile. My boss just approved my PTO request for Thurs and Fri so I have 4 days to myself before going back to work on Monday.

My main goal for these 4 days is to recover from a burnout that's been accumulating for awhile. I've been making more mistakes at my job than before, and I started to notice that while I'm doing task A, I'm already thinking about task B which causes me to get distracted while doing task A and somehow pay attention less.

For bg, I do AP, AR, a bit of payroll, and travel arrangements for our corporate office and all stations throughout the US. I love what I do and my boss is great but the many hats I wear has been causing my mental health to deteriorate which in turn affects my job performance. I haven't received criticism against my job performance but I want to fix myself before it gets to that point.

I'm looking for ways on how I can calm myself down, recover from this burnout, and go to the office feeling fresh and focused. Please, I'm open to suggestions!

(Sorry if this is the wrong sub! Please recommend a sub that would fit my inquiry better)

Thanks in advance!
