I appreciate this sub, it has helped me look for red flags and has helped me give friends advice, however I’ve noticed that there are some people that really post a lot of fked up st. I’ve worked corporate jobs since college so I really never experienced mom and pop businesses or even mid tier, all the jobs I’ve had has had their BS, but not like some of the stuff I see here, I truly get shocked on a lot of these posts. My question is (might be me talking out loud) why do people stick around? I feel there are plenty of jobs at least where I am at NYC tri-state area. I for one would not take not even 10% of the BS I see alot of people post. Maybe some are lying or exaggerating. Thoughts?
