Serious Question – How do I ask my employer if they support things like a woman’s right to choose?

Title kind of says what I'm looking for. What's the best way to approach a subject like, “Hey, HR Department, does our company support human rights?” I'm specifically in NY, but we are an international company, with offices both around the US and around the world.
