[Serious Question] What are the concrete steps I would need to take to actually form a Labor Party and run for Congress?

Just like the title says. I would like to legitimately form a Labor Party here in the U.S. and run for a seat. I know there’s gonna be a lot of stuff like, “Be rich,” in the comments, but I’m asking for real steps on how to go about this. One of my previous posts explains my thoughts on why this will be the best option for the Working Class going forward. I also outline a small but (I think) solid platform to campaign on as a way to bring about real, meaningful change for the actual benefit of Working Class people.
