Seriousness of job interviews

Thankfully I'm an electrician so job interviews aren't so serious. They just wanna see what you're experience level is, whether you look like a decent person and not strung out on drugs. If they're needing guys and you have experience and don't do drugs then you will most likely get hired. They will find out if you lied about your experience on the job. But after following this page for awhile I see its mainly in the corporate/white collar world. Job interviews seem so serious. It's silly to me. If I was the guy doing the interview and a applicant came in, all I need to know is experience level to see if you fit the opening position and if you seem like a decent human being that I can stand having around here for 40s hrs a week.
