Went to a restaurant in Minneapolis that charged an additional 5% with a line item that says employee health insurance. I don't know if they list what the fee is for as a way to come across as benevolent but why the hell am I paying for your employees insurance? I can barely afford my own. Don't make it out like you're doing something generous if you aren't even the one paying for it. Just bake it into the price of the food.
