Title pretty much sums it up. The owner stated that she “couldn’t shut down”. The kitchen staff was forced to work in literal shit water and breathe it in. She had the dishwasher use a bucket and his bare hands to scoop it out of the back. One of the cooks ran out back to throw up outside from how bad the smell was. This happened last night btw. We sat people all night and fed them food that was cooked in sewage fumes. Our local health department is closed on weekends so idk what to do. I have to go back tonight and I doubt she’s fixed anything. It’s a small town and the cops aren’t much help considering everybody with any sort of money is automatically protected. I’m absolutely disgusted and don’t know where to go from here. Any input is appreciated.
