Hello,
I am a younger female who works at a college university hospital in the US and had a new male co-worker corner me in a room by myself and tell me that now that he’s here “things are going to get a lot more perverted.” Since then he has pressed himself against me and asked “if I like it” and also has touched me when we were both alone in a room. Other people my age and also female have told me that he has said inappropriate things to them as well.
I talked to someone I trust about this and they are a mandatory reporter and I know I will be hearing from HR soon.
I cannot put into words how upset I am about this and I don’t know what to do next. I do not trust administration here nor HR.
