I work at a goodwill donation center in a small town. I am the only person here who works 5-6 days a week, alone. I have been getting over 50 donations a day, so i complained about being understaffed.
To put this further into perspective, the big city by me gets 100 daily donations with 3 people working daily.
Their solution? Hire a incompetent freak who sexually harassed me on her first day. When i brought this up, HR did not get involved, she did not get fired, nor punished. She does not do her work properly, so i routinely have to fix everything she messes up. I have 5-6 people come in a day complaining about her, including truck drivers.
She let a little old lady stand out in the rain, and unload an entire truck load by herself….
I am in utter disbelief at how this company does not have daily strikes against it, their ceo makes millions a year while i make minimum wage doing the work of two people, by myself.
