So I worked at Max's in North Philly as a Bartender not only did the manager promise me a payout for each day as a trainer but he the REVOKED his promise after the week was up. And they wonder people don't want to work! Management also directed me to give ALL my tips to the Bartender that was training me even when I made the drinks! So she made at least 40% more than what she would've made on her own! Using good workers and then throwing them away!
