Do not shop their deli or bakery products…cross contamination is a bitch. I will be reporting this info to health inspection board and request that their usual inspector not be the one to do it. Not to mention, the CEO of a 4 franchise store is butt buddies with the governor. Fucking hell. They’ll kill someone with their practices. Not to mention I will be following up with a few pages of their policy which half of it is illegal employment practices (at least in the state of VA). They just wanna people that’ll sign illegal policies and think they have no rights when they clearly do! They also do not post ANY of the legal rights you have as an employee. Not saying I know if it’s required by law to post, but even the GM went white faced when I asked him for a paper copy of a policy that hasn’t changed since 2019
