I work in airport security and all my coworkers who work on the floor get disrespected by passengers 24/7 pretty much everyday. And the job does sometimes get on my nerves from by some anti social mean coworkers, or by management
I try to be nice to every coworker, I've met some assholes, who I now ignore. Some send the positive energy back.
I'm new to customer services jobs ( previously warehouse jobs) and dealing with coworkers in this kind of environment is new.
Would love to hear yalls advice!
