Yesterday afternoon i meet up with my clinical director regarding my resignation noticed I provided last week for a 3 months notice that I will be Leaving work to travel overseas. During our meeting, I was informed by my clinical director that my coworker/friend outed me out and disclosed my frustration/rants regarding my low income, my frustration with my supervisor which was all a private conversation!
I am a pretty private, unproblematic employee at this agency for the past three years and to have someone I considered an actual friend purposely rat me out like that really pissed me off considering I’ve helped her out numerous occasions during emergency and I also lend her money! I am still shocked! She has also ranted and complained about the agency on a lot of occasions during our private conversation, yet I’ve never disclosed those private matters to anyone.
I need my money back but It is not within my nature to pretend to be fake with someone like that! I told my director I would keep our conversation between us, but I feel violated and I would like to call this bitch out!! Lol
Any input, or advice on what I should do about this ordeal? Thank you in advance
