Should I include compliants in resignation letter?

So I'm leaving my current job for another opportunity. My current job wasn't so bad, but I do have some compliants that I will voice when I hand over my letter. Basically, I'm on team A. This type of team usually does not produce products. Team B produces products. However, team A has been producing products just because we know how. Team B is probably paid about 30k more than us. So there's my complaint. So I'm already going to mention this to all my higher ups so maybe the other members of team A will get a pay raise. The question is, do I include that in the resignation letter? Or do I just keep the letter standard?
