So I work for a tech company and we got our performance reviews back. I was pissed I got a “met expectations” rating despite having brought in millions of revenue to my job, and I'm the top performer on our team and do tons of committee work. Our latest round of raises went out and the only ones who really got them were people leaving, or those in management.
Should I just leave? I feel so disgusted that I put forth all that effort and took all the special projects and difficult clients just to feel like I'm just not that worth it. I'd love to find a new job, but my current one gave me 8k to relocate and idk of I would find one that pays as good, or would pay for me to relocate and be remote.
