So I work for a company where I work from home and they pay me a lot less than what I deserve for my work.
My boss finds out work for me to do and then pays me like 10% of what he gets for doing more work than him. It's a low paying side job that pays me like $40 a month for working 5-6 hours every other day (which is a shit pay even in India)
Today my mental health was totally out of control and where I live, you can't really tell people about it and get a day off with that excuse.
So I told my boss that I can't work today and he should give the work to someone else as I have college work. (I'm a student as well).
He gets really mad and tells me I always have some problem or the other. He usually employes college students and tells us we can back out when we want if we have college work.
My friend who I talked to is saying that I am lucky enough to be employed and paid for my work. So I should just listen to him and do better and that I was too sensitive.
