Should I leave my job for one that pays twice as much just because I can?

I'm in tech and the job market is crazy right now. Lot of people left my company for higher paying wages so its been down to some longtime employees and a lot of people fresh out of college. I said why not and applied to a few places and got one of those insane double your salary offers fully remote jobs. I make good money, not something I struggle with, but the cost of living in my area is astronomical with big annual rent hikes and I'm liking the idea of not being attached to any particular city. I like my coworkers a lot and I feel bad for joining the crowd to leave them(?) especially since I haven't worked there for all that long. I like my work too, but there has been a serious brain drain here that makes me wish I had some people to learn from…
