Should I move to America for better pay, benefits, and a lower cost of living? (From Canada)

I'm an RN currently working in Ontario, Canada. I make about $30 US/hour and I can't even afford to buy a 1 bedroom apartment in my city. Out of my $62k salary, I only get to keep half and I have to do split shifts because I don't have seniority so I barely have any time and money because of commuting 2 times more a day. I'm conflicted, I know that America is overall a worse country for average folks like me by a long mile compared to Canada. But I'm tired of my job, I took a 25% pay decrease in the past 5 years due to inflation and virtually zero cost of living pay increase
