I just joined this company in December and we had a team of 5 people. 4 executives and 1 manager.
I am a programme executive in a school. Most of the work has been settled for the Jan 2022 semester by the time I joined… so fast forward to now when we are preparing for the July 2022 semester. 3 of my colleagues suddenly dropped the bomb and is leaving by end of May!!!!
I haven’t even master everything yet. My colleague has been teaching me step by step. Lol they’re gonna hire more people and I needed to step up and take everything and teach the new staffs if they are successful on hiring.
I’m really stressed on whether I should leave too.. what do u guys think???
