Hey guys, some of your opinions/advice would be much appreciated. I really don’t know what to do, I have been working a new job for only a few weeks now and already have a rude and disrespectful manager. A few days ago at work I told a colleague that I felt that they spoke to me in a frustrated way and then the manager didn’t like it so he told me oh please don’t make us angry. I need the money from the job as it pays well and is only a temporary job for a few months and my financial situation is tight but at the same time I feel completely violated and that I am exchanging my self respect and dignity just for a pay check.
Some managers like him speak to colleagues in a rude and patronising way so they can feel powerful and I’m fed up of them and this shit. I don’t know who on earth they think they are.
