A little context: I'm currently working the same job for 4 years. At my job I learned to code to automate some task and I found it really interesting. After two years of coding here and there on the job I decided I go back to school after work hours to get a diploma in coding. This will take me 3 years to complete. At the moment I finished the first year. Should I wait till I get my diploma to find a new job or should I start searching today?
