Should I report a restaurant’s illegal practices after I find another job?

I have an internship at this place and I've soon realized they're doing whatever they can to take advantage of the cheap work on top of constantly talking down on me. Im forced to work hours or days that Im legally not allowed to work and none of the staff has the necessary papers regarding hygiene. I know if I were to make an anonymous report they'd pay a huge amount in fines but I'm scared they'll figure out it was me and make my life hard.
