Should I send a text that could get me fired?

I'm in the middle of a dilemma yall. I'm wondering if I should send a text to my boss that could potentially get me fired. She basically talked shit about us when she didn't think anyone was listening (my coworker was). We're all trying our best. She keeps putting unrealistic expectations on us and I see the toll it's taking on my coworkers. I really like my coworkers and I don't think they should be under this immense pressure at all times, and sacrificing their time and mental well being over all this shit. Especially not for their pay. I am afraid it will make it harder for me get a job in the future if I do this though. A part of me has this strong sense of wanting to stand up for my coworkers because I know they might not be able to stand up for themselves. The other part doesn't want to risk not having a job for who knows how long. I'm wondering if this will really matter though in the long run and if I'll be alright. I'm in a situation where I don't really need this job but I don't know if this will have a really big impact. What do yall think?
