I dont know if this is the right place to ask this question but i currently work at amazon i am 1 month in as a north american customer support associate and the work hours are 9 hours 1 hour of break included 5 days a week and we have to take back to back calls with less than 2 mins gap in each call .
The worst part about the job is customers taking out their frustration on me , few of them even go as far as to straight up being racist
My previous employer is offering almost 50% of my current pay at amazon but the workload is less too since its chat and email support and its a small startup
Im in a dilemma and the stress is causing me anxiety and is probably affecting my studies as well
i am 18 as of now , first year in uni from distance
