Should I take a full time job for a times share vacation home that has “flexible schedule”.

I applied for a front desk associate position full time. I asked about how the schedule is and I was told “We are open every day obviously. But I like the front desk people to choose together when they’re going to take off. So you might have to work on weekends and get different days off during the week. We have two schedules either 6am-2pm or 3pm to 11pm. But it constantly changes, you might get the morning or evening. If you really need that weekend off for something. That to me is a bummer and suspicious. I like my Saturdays/Sundays off. And I feel because I’m new I’ll get like a Monday and Tuesday off while the people working there for a while will get weekends. I worked at a hotel years ago and I remember always having to work Saturdays and I hated it. I also feel I’ll get the 6am-2pm shift because I’m new. Which means I’ll have to be up at 5am to do my hair and makeup.

It’s also 15 an hour which is “eh”. I really need the money, but I’m not crazy about the “flexible” schedule. I like consistency, which is why I’m debating what to do.

Should I take the job? Has anyone worked at a job like this?
