Should I take the ex-employer to court or move on?

So it’s a very long story but my previous employer was horribly toxic. They were all abusive psychopathic narcissists who got work done only with bullying and harassing employees. I had to suck it up for four years until I found a better position and moved on, while I was on unpaid sick leave for 2-3 months due to workplace stress. I had a lawyer for a few consultations to help me respond to those harassing emails and then I got my new job and left it at that. I still have some time left to make a complaint for the damages they caused such as personal injuries (due to not providing ergonomic setup for me while I had that as a pre-hire requirement). It may not be very straightforward and might be hard to prove the injuries (wrist/neck/back pain) and it would cost money for the legal matters. What…

What would you do? Move on and let them get away with harassing their employees or actually take up the battle and hope for the best?
