Should I take this job offer?

Right now I have a really great job. I get paid 41600 a year to do very little work; i spend most of the day watching movies. Both my co workers are great and give me no issues. The owner is super hands off and also pretty nice. I have almost no stress and truly do not mind going in every day. The only negatives is the job is about a 30 minute drive each way and they don't have a 401k. But I asked for a raise about a month ago and even after putting together a really nice presentation to plead my case, the owner said he can't afford it right now. I just got offered a new job that pays 58k a year. Plus the Insurance is cheaper/better and they have a 401k. Its also much closer to my house. But my mom used to work there…

I just got offered a new job that pays 58k a year. Plus the Insurance is cheaper/better and they have a 401k. Its also much closer to my house. But my mom used to work there in a different roll and said the company isn't a great place to be. Lots of stress, politics, owned by a large corporation, mismanagement etc.

If it was just a small increase I wouldn't entertain the idea, but that is a fairly large pay increase along with the other benefits. Should I risk giving up a job where I'm happy and get paid decent money to do nothing to make more money where I could potentially hate my job? I really don't know what do to here. Any advice on what to do?
