Should I tell my employer (a middle school) why i’m quitting?

I'm a teacher at an extremely dysfunctional and toxic charter school (no union). 13 teachers and staff quit in the middle of this past school year. This year I was retaliated against for making an ACS report about one of my students, for example. The last straw for me was being denied a promotion I was “promised” because I was decided to be “not a team player” after I reported to my direct manager that like 8 children told me about seriously emotionally and even somewhat physically abusive behavior from other teachers in the school. They told me I “should have worked this out with the other teachers” and it proved I wasn't a “teammate” for the school community. I pushed back a bit and then they doubled down and said it was also about my “classroom quality”, though I've literally been begging for teaching feedback all year (it was my first year teaching) and I never got any negative feedback of any kind and not a single person has ever been in the room with me while I've been with the kids. They even denied my invitation to the google classroom so my bosses have never seen my kids' work- they literally have no idea what I'm like as a teacher (and honestly, I'm very good, my kids have amazing results that speak for themselves) and it's more than obvious they just made this up during the last week of school because I made their jobs harder by reporting the abuse. All the feedback I've ever gotten has been in writing and it's been very positive (though they honestly had no reason to give me that feedback either, since I could be running a circus in my classroom for all they know) and has included telling me “there is no reason you would not get this EOY promotion”.

They also told me they “interviewed” all the kids that came to me about being abused by other teachers and they ALL admitted to exaggerating, which I'm very skeptical about.

I'm waiting until 2 weeks before the end of the summer to quit so I can still get that summer $. When I do, should I tell them it's because I was denied the promotion for such unethical and disingenuous reasons?
