Should you give two weeks notice if your employer started micromanaging you out of nowhere?

Just to give a little context. I work in a sales position selling ad space at a communications company. The pay is about 30% below the industry average and no base just commission. Previously I was at a really high stress door to door sales gig. It was horrible but paid slightly better than shit if you made sales. Then one day I got a call out of nowhere about this job. I didn't even apply for it someone I sold at the door contacted me about it. Well long story short I took the job because in the interview they said there would be no unnecessary meetings and as long as I made budget they'd leave me alone. They assured me it was a super laid back job. Well fast forward 3 months and they have started in micro managing even though I'm at my budget and have been since day one. They have me attending a mandatory 1 hour meeting every morning and now I have to log everything I do. Also when gas shot up I asked about working from home a few days to cut down my expenses. They said no you can just write off the gas on your taxes.

So yesterday my previous employer called and wanted to know if I'd come back under this new program they have. There is a base plus commission I can work from home and the leads are inbound calls.

Should I just eat shit with this current gig and hope that they eventually get bored and stop or take this other gig which will definitely be more work? I'm open to other options. Also if I do take this other gig should I even give 2 weeks notice since they didn't hold up their end of the bargain?
