Most recruitment agencies specify a pay range and before I knew anything I'd act like it was a sin to ask for maximum because I wasn't good enough or something.. This new job I'm applying for, I have everything they're asking for but the maximum salary they're offering is way more than what I've been paid before. Should I lie about my current salary and/or just ask for the maximum straight up?
