What’s the science/psychology driving “if an employee shows they can work twice as fast as another, we’ll assign them more work at the same pay”? It’s a thing, we all know it’s a thing, the smart ones only do the bare minimum because they know it’s a thing. Wtf is wrong with employers taking advantage of the work driven people who could help the company better but learn not to because of the exploitation factor?
