Sick but scared to call in

So this is kind of dumb, I'm sure, but I'm torn on what to do, I guess. I've been dealing with waves of nausea since Friday night, and had to call in yesterday due to vomiting. I work in a deli, so definitely not a good idea for me to go in. Where I work, if you call out you basically are REQUIRED to bring in a doctor note. One time they lost the note I brought in, and almost wrote me up. I went to the doctor, and he gave me a note saying I can go back on Monday, since he said it can take up to 72 hours to get over what I've got. Cool, still hoped to be back today. Well, after waking up multiple times due to the nausea and currently sitting in the bathroom trying to decide if I want to be vomit or not today, I'm feeling pretty confident that I should make use of that second day of the note.

Problem is it's Easter. They have been known to write up people for calling in on holidays, and until I get a new, better job lined up (which… isn't going well), I'd rather not take the chance with a write up. But I would get guilt tripped into hell if I went in then tried to leave, since I close alone tonight, and I don't do well with dealing with it.

I'm honestly torn, and I absolutely hate it.
