I'm allotted 4 paid sick days a year, and if I use those up then PTO is used if I take more sick days. So far this year I haven't taken any sick days and have essentially saved them in my head for in case I get the rona. But also those are my sick days. I also currently am only allotted 4 PTO days since I'm in my first year at this company. If the end of the year comes and I haven't used the sick days do I just chalk it up as a loss or do I schedule some doctor's and dentists appointments and get the time off?
