So I've worked at a store where customers bring in packages and we ship them out. I've only worked here 2 months (part time a few days a week) and this is the third time a customer has taken my picture as “proof” that they shipped their package.
The worst part is they don't even ask. They just make a joke out of it and make it obvious that they're taking it.
I'm not a confrontational person so I just let it slide but it makes me super uncomfortable and angry. I feel at this point I'm going to start actually saying something to them.
Like how can you actually think it's okay to just take a photo of a stranger without their permission?
