sick of my manager

I work in a cafe. My manager turned the music all the way up to the point that I can’t hear customers and they can’t hear me, I asked her to turn it down and she did but she laughed at me. This happens all the time and my manager knows that I can’t hear very well. I’ve also called out sick for the first time in a YEAR a couple of weeks ago. She responded by not rostering me on at all. When I asked for more shifts, she started lecturing me and saying that she would but I have to be “more reliable and show up for when I’m scheduled”. I feel like a bit of a scapegoat in the store, she isn’t as hard as anyone else as she is on me, she’s constantly saying that I’m lazy and I never want to work (I do 40 hours a week at uni, obviously I can’t come in at 9am on a Monday?) and is generally really mean and always plays it off as a joke. I’m just getting really sick of it and needed to vent.
