At work I get 5 days a year sick time, and 5 days a year vacation. I said I was planning on taking two weeks off next year. To which I was advised sick time is not vacation. Is there any legal reason I can’t schedule my sick time? If I was having a medical procedure it would be scheduled. So far all I’ve got is I plan on being sick of working that week. Thanks!
