A few days before my grandfather's funeral my Dad got a call from his boss at t-mobile saying his whole sector is going to layed off because they don't need him anymore. He's worked there for 35 years and they're just throwing him away. My dad is responsible for 5g in the whole southern US region. Now since he doesn't have a degree, companies are pushing him off even though he has 35 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. That sector was full of people who had families and those who should have been retired already but you took away their pension. You act on social media like you're a “good workers rights” company and that you give your employees benefits but often times you take those away and we have to pay out of pocket for so many things. We don't even get any discount from you guys. My father is a senior engineer with a family of 5 and y'all are treating him horribly. If he can't find another position at the company or somewhere else than basically my siblings and I are screwed. We don't have a lot of places we can go. Our family is in another state and we have lives here. Most likely my older brother and I will get kicked out since we're 18+. I'll have to either drop out of college or attend one class a semester because I won't have time or money when I'm working for the family. So yeah sit on a pinecone.
