sketchy recruiting for remote positions

I applied to a bunch of remote personal assistant and data entry jobs yesterday and already a few have gotten back to me. The issue I’m having is that all of the email responses I’ve gotten thus far have been full of grammatical errors. It seems really sketchy to me that, after applying for a job that lists “attention to detail” as a top priority, I would receive responses that indicate a lack thereof. Also, all of these jobs that have gotten back to me are asking for a credit report in order to proceed with hiring- is this normal? Overall I’m getting sketchy vibes, but these jobs pay upwards of $25 an hour so I’m really tempted to continue anyway. Thoughts? Has anyone experienced this before? Thanks in advance.
