I asked my company for a raise last August and was told they weren't sure the company could afford it. They show us what our clients are charged, so their argument is to say they don't think I can add or subtract. After working here for 3 years, realizing I'm being paid the starting rate, and finding out other employees make up to 30% more than me, I'm no longer invested in this role.
Around September, I changed my work flow to the bare minimum and have been awaiting a phone call saying my productivity is not enough ever since. Well, that phone call never seems to come. I work around 25 hours a week and do the teams mouse jiggle game often. I have been contemplating taking another wfh role and working both.
It surprises me how much I used to work and care about my client's problems for the same pay as not worrying at all. Not my business, not my problem.
