Small Way PMC’s can be Anti-Work – Unofficial 4-day Work Week: “I’m Available, if you need me.” Day

So I am, technically, professional middle class. BUT … I am not blind to the bullshit of everyday life sooooo … Fridays have become my “I'm available … IF … YOU … 'need' me.” day. What this means for me is, I don't do any work or create any work for others on Friday's unless absolutely necessary. Have an emergency and need my help? Yes, I am available to support you dear co-worker. Need to meet to discuss something? … Monday. Requires a meeting to resolve? … Next week. Do I need that report today? … Nope, get it to me Monday. I can't make my company adopt a 4 day week, but I can help create an environment where a 4 day week is the “unofficial” norm until it becomes official.
