In one of the pointless meetings he insists on having, I pushed back on something. He takes me aside after the meetings and (almost) yells at me for arguing with him front of the team. He said I have to apologize to him in front of the team in the next meeting or he's going see to it that I am fired.
I fucking hate managers on a power trip. Are “staff” not allowed to have any ideas that might be better than those of “management”? Is this the same in every job?
