So I think I lost my job again

I was working for literally less than a week and my autoimmune flared up and landed me in the hospital. I’m not back to where I was before. I’m depleted, weak, and totally set back. I asked for shorter hours for the time being and also a leave of absence and both were denied. I haven’t been there a year so I can’t take a leave. This is so unfair. This is out of my control and I fucking hate it. I just need a work from home position but none have given me the time of day.
